Which minibus size do you need?

A quick rule of thumb: count your passengers, then add luggage. A 16-seater is the most popular hire in Birmingham because it fits a full class group with two adults, a five-a-side team with kit, or a wedding party. If you have suitcases for a flight, drop one size band or ask for a vehicle with a dedicated luggage area. Groups of 17 to 20 should go straight to the 20-seater, and anything over 20 is a coach. Your quote covers the vehicle, a professional driver and fuel. Our drivers are DBS-checked, hold full PCV licences and know Birmingham's roads, event venues and airport drop-off points. If a journey involves parking or toll charges we tell you before you book, so the price you are quoted is the price you pay.

For long days out, the driver stays with the group so you have transport between venues. For airport transfers we track your flight and adjust the pick-up time if it is delayed.
